We LOVE drop-ins! If you’re a member at another CrossFit, you’re welcome to drop-in free of charge. If you enjoy your experience, feel free to buy a shirt or leave a review on social media.
Open Gym is a GREAT way to work on skills, lifts, or accessory work! If you’re a member, you’re welcome to use Open Gym time, or work on the side when classes are running. Just be aware that during class time, classes have priorities over racks and equipment.
