Finding the right CrossFit may be a struggle for some people, but at CrossFit Synapse I have found the coaching far more superior amongst other CrossFits. Being an Occupational Therapist, I can tell you that the coaches know how the body moves and works. I found this gym last year and I have been going there since. Not only have I lost a lot of weight and gained muscle, but they have become like family to me..
